Jarett Casale, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon providing advanced dermatologic care in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Practicing at Charlotte Dermatology, Dr. Casale specializes in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, Mohs surgery, dermatologic oncology, complex skin cancer reconstruction, and advanced surgical dermatology.
With specialized training in Mohs micrographic surgery, Dr. Casale provides precise, tissue-sparing treatment for skin cancers, including basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and other complex skin cancers. His expertise includes skin cancer removal, high-tension wound closure, and reconstructive techniques designed to help restore both function and appearance following surgery.
Dr. Casale graduated magna cum laude from medical school and has authored numerous scientific publications, presenting his research at national and academic conferences. His clinical approach combines evidence-based medicine, surgical expertise, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Casale is an educator and innovator in dermatology. He has helped expand access to care through teledermatology initiatives and has participated in international medical relief efforts in Haiti and Guatemala.
Outside of dermatology, Dr. Casale enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, cycling, weightlifting, and creating glass sculpture art. He brings the same curiosity, precision, and creativity to his practice that he does to his personal interests.
