About Your Provider

Meredith Brehm, PA-C, specializes in general dermatology, with expertise in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails. She is passionate about helping patients manage a wide range of concerns, including skin cancer, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, warts, molluscum, and rashes. Meredith takes pride in delivering personalized, comprehensive care and believes that clear, thorough patient education is key to every successful visit.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana, Meredith relocated to Charlotte to attend PA school. She earned her undergraduate degree from Purdue University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) from Wingate University. She is a proud SDPA Fellow and an active member of the NCCPA.

Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her husband and their golden retriever, Lance. She loves going to the lake, traveling, cooking, and cheering on the Purdue Boilermakers.
